- Election of Office Bearers and Committee for season 2020/202. Nominations for the General Committee (President, Vice-President, Director of Rugby, Commercial Convenor, Treasurer, Secretary, Fixture Secretary, Junior Rugby Convenor, and up to six Ordinary members), duly proposed and seconded, require to be lodged with the Secretary before Monday 22 June 2020.
- To create the posts of up to three Honorary Vice-Presidents and thereafter to nominate Ian Docherty and William Dunlop as Honorary Vice-Presidents.
