It proved to be a glorious conclusion to their time in junior rugby for the GHK U-18 squad as they came from behind in a tight game to beat Waysiders Drumpellier 15-12 in the West Regional Shield Final on Saturday. It was great to welcome the team, their coaches and families back to OA. With many of the team having been together since P4 it was a fitting way to end their junior rugby careers – although there is the small matter of a tour to Portugal to come!
